Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation by User

You may request cancellation of your course enrollment or subscription. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to webisyllabi@gmail.com. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive and process your request.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund may be available if no substantial course content has been accessed.
• After 7 days or after accessing content: Refunds may be partial or not available, at iSyllabi's discretion.
• Completed courses: No refunds are provided for courses already completed or for which certificates have been issued.

3. Cancellation by iSyllabi

iSyllabi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or other circumstances. In such cases, enrolled users will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to another course.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
