1. Digital Products & Course Access
iSyllabi is an online learning platform. All course content, materials, and certificates are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping of goods. Upon successful payment and enrollment, you receive immediate access to your course(s) through your account on the Platform.
2. Delivery Time
Access to purchased courses is typically granted within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In case of any delay, you will receive an email confirmation with access details. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at webisyllabi@gmail.com.
3. Certificates & Documents
Digital certificates and downloadable materials are available from your dashboard upon meeting the course completion requirements. No physical certificates are shipped unless explicitly offered and selected at the time of purchase; in such cases, delivery terms will be communicated separately.
4. Geographic Availability
Our services are available globally wherever the Platform is accessible. Delivery of digital content is not restricted by geographic location, subject to local laws and our Terms and Conditions.
